NEW YORK: Total open interest in raw sugar futures on ICE Futures US soared to the highest level in three years on Jan

raw sugar2 NEW YORK: Total open interest in raw sugar futures on ICE Futures US soared to the highest level in three years on Jan. 31, exchange data showed on Friday.

Sugar open interest rose to 835,283 contracts on Thursday, up 1 percent from the previous session and the highest level since Feb. 12, 2010.
