KARACHI: KARACHI: Avoiding a whitewash by Pakistan, India won the 3rd and final ODI by 10 runs at the Feroz Shah Kotla in New Delhi on Sunday. With that Pakistan lead series 2-1.

 

Pakistan were 157-9 needing 23 to win from 12 balls when pacer Junaid Khan was run out by Suresh Raina for 0 with seven-feet-one-inch pacer Mohammad Irfan left standing on 0.

 

Pakistan fast bowler Umar Gul was caught by Ravindra Jadeja on 11 (28) on the bowling of Ishant Sharma in the in the 3rd and final One-day International (ODI) on Sunday.

 

Umar Akmal was stumped by India captain and wicketkeeper Mahendra Singh Dhoni on the bowling of Ravebdra Jadeja for 25 in 50 balls leaving Pakistan on 126-6

 

Earlier, Pakistan were 119-5 when Shoaib Malik was lbw Ishant Sharma for 5 in 13 balls in the 3rd and final One-day International (ODI) on Sunday.
