ISLAMABAD: The Ministry of Religious Affairs on Saturday said that a smooth Hajj operation is in full swing.
According to the ministry, all the Hajj flights are taking off according to their respective schedules and there has been no complaint of late take offs or arrivals at the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
It said that a total of more than 110,000 Pakistani pilgrims have arrived at Saudi Arabia. Among these pilgrims, 68,000 are performing Hajj under the Government Hajj Scheme.
Likewise, more than 1500 persons of Hajj welfare staff have also started their activities in Saudi Arabia. The dedicated medical mission is also busy in providing all possible health coverage and medical facilities to the Pakistani pilgrims.
It said so far 20 pilgrims have been passed away.
