wasim-akramISLAMABAD: Former legend cricketer Wasim akram said that over all performance of the team was very good in Pak-India Series but individual performances as of Hafeez and Jamshed played great role in team's convincing victory.

 

Talking to private news channel, Former Captain said that captaincy of Misbah-ul-haq is quiet timely while M.Hafeez is coming up as a mature cricketer which indicate the strong future of Pakistan cricket.

 

He said that M.Irfan and Junaid khan was phenomenal and surprised everybody positively but they still need to really work hard to groom as international bowler.

 

To a question he said that up coming tour of South Africa is going to be quiet tough.

 

He suggested that new talent in bowling should be backed by the cricket board and it should provide them good training with professionals adding he said that there should be back up talent as well in case of injuries and so.

 

He said that as they say that bowlers are "created", so we need to work on our raw talent in bowling.

 

Commenting on Umer Akmal performance he said "I m quiet disappointed with Umer Akmal's performance, he is not delivering what he is capable of as he is a match winning batsman".
