KARACHI: Off-spinner Saeed Ajmal is ranked first on ICC T20 format.
According to the details, in bowlers ranking Ajmal ranked top on International Cricket Council (ICC) T20 format.
Pakistan Off-spinner Ajmal is also ranked first on one day International (ODI) ranking.
It is pertinent to mention that Ajmal name was not included in ICC annual awards in various categories despite the Ajmal’s 72 wickets in 12 Test from August 2011 to August 2012, the period for awards.
In protest for not short listing Saeed Ajmal, Pakistan Cricket Board (PCB) announced to award Ajmal as ‘No. 1 bowler in the world’
In his career, Ajmal got 122 wickets in 23 matches in his Test match career while he got 109 wickets in ODIS careers. In T20 match format, Ajmal got 60 wickets in 42 matches.
