West Indies all-rounder Darren Sammy expressed his excitement over participating in the upcoming Pakistan Super League where he plays for the ‘Peshawar Zalmi’ franchise.
According to local media report Sammy said, “He was looking forward to participate in the PSL as the T20 format was taking the world by storm”.
Darren Sammy has recorded his video message wishing all the very best to Pakistanis and his excitement over participate in the cricketing league known as Pakistan Super League.
The PSL tournament will run from February 4 to 24 and will be played in the United Arab Emirates, with matches in Dubai and Sharjah. There are 5 teams in the league, namely, Islamabad, Karachi, Lahore, Peshawar and Quetta.
However, ‘Peshawar Zalmi’ gets their PSL campaign underway with the first game against Islamabad United on 5th February at the Dubai International Cricket Stadium.
