LONDON: New Zealand were 507 for eight in reply to England's first innings 389, a lead of 118 runs, at tea on the third day of the first Test at Lord's on Saturday.
BJ Watling was 47 not out and Matt Henry eight not out after Kane Williamson made 132.
This is the first of a two-Test series.
