HAMILTON: New Zealand were all out for 248 in 50 overs after winning the toss and electing to bat in the second one-day international against Sri Lanka at Hamilton's Seddon Park on Thursday.
Captain Brendon McCullum top scored with 117 before four careless run-outs derailed New Zealand's innings, with Rangan Herath taking two wickets for Sri Lanka.
New Zealand are 1-0 up in the seven-match series, which both sides are using to fine-tune their World Cup preparations.
