GALLE: Sri Lanka were 161-6 at lunch in their second innings on the fifth and final day of the first Test against South Africa on Sunday.
Skipper Angelo Mathews was batting on eight with Dilruwan Perera yet to open his account.
Sri Lanka need 209 runs to win the game with four wickets in hand.
The second and final Test will be played in Colombo from July 24-28.
