KARACHI: Pakistan Cricket Board (PCB) has invited applications for the position of Head, Batting and Fielding Coaches for the Pakistan team.
Three former Pakistan captains Intikhab Alam, Javed Miandad and Wasim Akram are the members of the committee which will select the coaches.
Application for Pakistan team batting coach has been invited first time keeping in view team's consistent batting problems.
An advertisement has been floated in this regard which is available on PCB website www.pcb.com.pk, PCB announced on Tuesday.
To evaluate and recommend a candidate, PCB has made a committee comprising messrs PCB COO Subhan Ahmed, DG PCB Javed Miandad and Director International Intikhab Alam and Wasim Akram.
The final date for receipt of applications is February 6, 2014.
The term of Pakistan's current coach Dav Whatmore and feilding coaches are expiring next month.
