SAN ANTONIO: French dynamo Tony Parker said he is hopeful of being able to play Thursday night after suffering a hamstring sprain in game three of the NBA finals.Parker was examined by San Antonio Spurs' team doctors and underwent a magnetic resonance imaging (MRI) scan Wednesday which showed he suffered a "grade one" strain of his right hamstring. The team has listed him as day-to-day."Today the MRI just confirmed what I felt was a strain, and I was just hoping it was not a tear or a defect," Parker said at the Spurs practice on Wednesday. "So the good news is it's not a tear.
