KARACHI: Acting Sindh Governor Nisar Ahmed Khuhro has taken notice of Wednesday's fire incident in the State Life Building here where the offices of the Karachi Electric Supply Company (KESC) are also located.
A statement said that he has also sought an immediate report from the Managing Director of the KESC in this regard.
The Acting Governor further directed that there should be a complete inquiry regarding the fire incident.
A young man was killed when he jumped in panic from the high-rise building following the fire incident.
The Acting Governor expressed grief on the demise of the young man.
The young man had come to the KESC office for an interview, it was further stated.
