ISLAMABAD: The Senate's Standing Committee on Communications will meet here Thursday to discuss progress on China-Pakistan Economic Corridor with releases and funds in pipeline for road projects of under it during the year 2015-2016.
The committee will hold discussion on the report with respect to the visit of CPEC's western route visit in May this year.
The committee will also take up the issue of non-payment of dues to small contractors by National Highway Authority due to the reported tussle between NHA and Frontier Works Organization.
The meeting will be chaired by Senator Daud Achakzai.
The representatives of Finance and Planning Division will also attend the meeting.
