PESHAWAR: District Member Union Council Tehkal Payan and leader of Jamiat Ulema-e-Islam JUI-F, Zubair Ali has said that those who are making slogans of change have given nothing to people especially youngsters except dharnas (protest) and sit ins.
This he said while addressing a public gathering at Behari colony on Warsak road after installation of an electricity transformer, said a press release issued here on Wednesday.
Zubair Ali said people have become politically conscious and aware of the slogan of change being made by PTI leadership.
Those who raised the slogan of change, have personally indulged in corruption and mal-practices, Zubair alleged.
During the PTI government in KP, unemployment has registered a sharp increase due to incompetence of provincial government. He said the KP government has failed to fully utilize development funds.
"In its third budget to be presented in June 2016, what KP government wants to give message to masses by not fully utilizing its developmental funds," JUI leader asked.
Earlier, local notables of Behari Colony thanked JUI leader for fulfilling long lasting demand of people of the area and resolved the electricity problem by installing 100 KV transformer.
Zubair Ali assured the people that despite of the fact of limited resources and funds, he will continue to serve masses.
