FAISALABAD: Divisional Commissioner Captain (Retd) Naseem Nawaz along with Regional Police Officer (RPO) Bilal Siddique Kamiyana on Tuesday visited the Punjab Medical College (PMC) here on Tuesday and checked security arrangements there.
The commissioner directed the PMC administration to improve the security in the college by keeping Close Circuit Television (CCTV) Cameras functional round the clock besides their regular monitoring at control room.
He also directed the PMC administration to keep vigilant eye on every person and vehicle coming into college premises or found roaming around it and immediately inform the security agencies so that situation could be dealt promptly.
The commissioner also checked the quality of weapons and its licence possessed by the security guard of the PMC.
Principal PMC Dr. Al-Fareed Zafar and other faculty members were also present on the occasion.
