Sub-committee of electoral reforms panel to meet on Feb 16

ISLAMABAD: The sub-committee of the Parliamentary Committee on Electoral Reforms will meet here on Tuesday (Feb 16) at the Parliament House.

The meeting to be chaired by Zahid Hamid,Minister for Climate Change and Human Rights will be briefed by Dr Arif Alvi, MNA regarding progress of work entrusted to the sub-committee under his convenorship.

Secretary Election Commission will brief the sub-committee over the draft of the new chapter on "conduct of election to local governments".

He will also brief on the draft of united election law and election rules.
