The three-member SC bench headed by Chief Justice Jawwad S. Khawaja and comprising Justice Dost Muhammad Khan and Justice Qazi Faez Isa heard the case regarding grey trafficking.

During the course of proceedings, the Chief Justice asked that the government recovered how much amount due to loss of grey trafficking. It was the responsibility of government to recover amount, he added.

The Attorney General informed the court that the Pakistan Telecommunication Company Limited (PTCL) signed an illegal agreement with International Calls Company during the tenure of previous government.
