ISLAMABAD: Chairperson Benazir Income Support Programme (BISP) Marvi Memon has said that the government is willing to play role for resolving Yemen conflict.
Talking to a news channel, she said being an Islamic country and Nuclear state, Pakistan had some responsibilities and it was playing its due role in this regard.
Marvi said Pakistan would not directly involve in any conflict ,however, any threat to the integrity of Saudi Arabia was a matter of concern for the whole nation.
She said Pakistan and Saudi Arabia were enjoying friendly and brotherly relations.
Replying to a question, Marvi said it was a serious matter and everyone should give responsible statements over the issue.
