ISLAMABAD: Finance Minister, Ishaq Dar made Saturday phoned various political leaders, formally informing them about the agreement between PML-N and PTI regarding formation of the Judicial Commission.
The leaders the Finance Minister called, included Leader of Opposition in National Assembly, Syed Khurshid Shah, Amir Jamaat-i-Islami (JI), Sirajul Haq, Senator Rehman Malik, Baloch National Party's (BNP) Hasil Bazinjo, Chairman Senate, Raza Rabbani, Barrister Aitzaz Ahsan PPP, MQM Leader, Farooq Sattar and G G Jamal, according to a statement issued by the ministry.
The leaders extended their felicitations on this agreement and expressed happiness on this positive development which augurs well for democracy.
