LAHORE: Provincial Labour Minister Raja Ashfaq Sarwar on Thursday said,an amended bill of labour laws would soon be moved in the Punjab Assembly.
"After the approval of laws, protection of labour rights and incentives to their families will be ensured", he added. Talking to APP, he said, the PML-N government has accorded high priority to the workers rights and is making effective legislation to secure their welfare. He said a hefty amount of Rs2 billion has already been earmarked for the welfare of working class.
He urged the delegation to discharge their duties with sincerity.
Referring to prevalent situation, the minister said entire nation is united against terrorism and the government would purge the country of this scourge through unified action and stance.
