ISLAMABAD: The Islamabad High Court again sought complete record of all registered cases against Zakiur Rahan Lakhvi the main accused of Mumbai terrorist attack from Interior Ministry within a week.
A one Judge bench comprising Justice Noor ul Haq Qureshi resumed hearing of the petition filed by Federal Investigation Agency (FIA) to suspend bail orders of Zakiur Rehman Lakhvi.
During the proceedings, Jahangir Jaddon counsel for Interior Ministry submitted details of registered cases against Lakhvi which was termed incomplete by the bench as it did not comprise the record of all provinces.
The bench while seeking all record regarding the accused notified that if the ministry fails to provide complete record on next date of hearing the court would pass an appropriate order on the matter.
Later the bench adjourned the matter with date in office.
