ECP completes technical work for EVMs: Zahid Hamid ISLAMABAD: Federal Minister for Law and Chairman of the Sub-Committee on Electoral Reforms on Tuesday said that Election Commission of Pakistan (ECP) had completed technical work for Electronic Voting Machines (EVMs) and Biometrics Machines.It was expected to use Biometrics Machines in the upcoming bye-elections, he said talking to mediamen after chairing a meeting of the committee.The minister stated that the committee examined unified elections laws.
