ISLAMABAD: The Supreme Court on Thursday reserved its judgment in a case regarding postings, appointments, deputations etc by the interim government and stated it would pass a short order in the case on June 10.A three-judge bench comprising Chief Justice Iftikhar Muhammad Chaudhry, Justice Ijaz Ahmed Chaudhry and Justice Gulzar Ahmed resumed hearing in a suo-motu case regarding the illegal postings, appointments, deputations and termination of contract by the interim set up.During the course of proceeding, officers from different departments and ministries presented separate petitions against the federation to solve their miseries.The officers stated that either their contract period was not completed and they were transferred by the federal government or they were not allowed to complete their deputation period.These officers include Commissioner Islamabad Tariq Mehmood Pirzada, Chairman National Fertilizers Corporation Rizwan Mumtaz Ali, Chief Executive Trade Development Authority Rai Muhammad Nawaz Kharal, Deputy Inspector General of Islamabad Police ...
