ECP establishes Complaint Cell for disposing of LG by election complaints ISLAMABAD: The Election Commission of Pakistan (ECP) has established a Complaint Cell for disposing of polling day complaints in connection with Local Government by election being held in Islamabad Capital Territory (ICT) on September 24.ECP's Joint Secretary (LGE) Atta-ur-Rehman and Assistant Director (LGE-B) Aaber Farooque would remain present in the cell for complaint resolution.The complaints could be lodged on 051-9202167 and 051-9219346.
