Non-bailable punishment recommended for Moon sighting by non-govt committees ISLAMABAD: Senate Standing Committee on Religious Affairs Wednesday recommended non-bailable punishment for non-government committees as Moon sighting was only mandate of official Ruet-e-Hilal Committee.The committee met here at Parliament House.
