Meeting of media representative to be convened soon: Nisar KARACHI: Interior Minister Chaudhry Nisar Ali Khan here on Wednesday said that a meeting of the media representatives would be convened in Islamabad soon.He stated by this in a meeting with the representatives of the APNS, CPNE and Pakistan Broadcasters' Association at the Governor House.Governor Sindh, Dr. Ishrat ul Ebad Khan, was also present on the occasion.The Minister said that the very purpose of his today's visit was consultation and seeking suggestions for prevention of attacks on media houses in future.He further stated that meeting of media representatives would aim at consultation with the media in the drive against terrorism and evolving a future strategy.Discussion would also be held on the occasion regarding security of media houses.Chaudhry Nisar said that it augurs well that all the media houses are on one page today.Because of this, the miscreants could not achieve their ulterior motives and the usual business and other activities ...
