ISLAMABAD: The rupee here on Thursday gained five paisa against dollar by closing at Rs.90.70 when compared with previous day's closing at Rs.90.75 against the greenback in interbank.
Talking to the APP, a currency expert Yasir said that the position of the rupee against dollar was getting better because of the increasing remittances in the country.
He said that the economic indicators of the country were also performing better and stock exchange of the country was around 14000 points.
Besides, the growth of 26 per cent in the revenue collection caused the positive sentiments for the whole economy of the country.
