ISLAMABAD: The Islamabad Stock Exchange (ISE) on Monday witnessed bearish trend as the ISE-10 index was down by 6.25 points to close at 4056.54 points.
According to the ISE data, a total of 159,000 shares were traded, which showed a positive growth of 87,700 shares, when compared with previous day's trading of 71,300 shares.
Out of 154 companies, share prices of 76 companies recorded increase while those of 78 companies witnessed decrease.
The share price of Sanofi Aventis Pakistan increased by Rs36.10 while that of Mitchells Fruit Farms decreased by Rs 20.85 per share.
According to the data Maple Leaf Cement, and K-Electric remained the top trading companies with 63,000 and 25,000 shares respectively.
