ISLAMABAD: Islamabad Stock Exchange witnessed bearish trend here on Tuesday as the ISE-10 index was down by 54.22 points and closed at 4,400.68 points.
A total of 75,100 shares were traded, which were down by 160,800 shares when it compared with previous day's trading of 235,900 shares.
Out of 145 companies, share prices of 27 companies recorded increase while share prices of 118 companies registered decrease where as one company remained stable in today's trading.
The share price of Pakistan Tobacco increased by Rs. 31.00 per share while the share prices of Siemens Pakistan Engineering decreased by Rs. 66.90 per share.
Lucky Cement, Nishat Mills and Byco Petroleum remained the top trading companies in Tuesday's trading with 23,600, 21,000 and 15,000 shares respectively.
