LAHORE: Lahore Stock Exchange on Tuesday witnessed bullish trend by gaining 27.05 points as the LSE-25 Index opened with 4103.97 and closed at 4131.02 points.
The market's overall situation also corresponded to an upward trend as it remained at 2.384 million shares to close against previous turnover of 2.034 million shares, showing an upward move of 349,300 shares. While, out of the total 96 active scrips, 33 moved up, 51 remained equal with 12 down values.
Engro Corporation Limited, Nishat Mills Limited and Muslim Commercial Bank Limited were Major Gainers of the day by recording increase in their per share value by Rs 3.81, Rs 3.76 and Rs 3.00 respectively.
Packages Limited, Leiner Pak Gelatine Limited and Bank Al-Falah Limited lost their per share value by Rs 5.98, Rs 1.03 and Re 0.40.
The Volume Leader of the day included Worldcall Telecom Limited with 338,000 shares, Byco Petroleum Pakistan with 337,000 shares and Lotte Pakistan PTA Limited with 251,000 shares.
