imageHYDERABAD: The Management of Hyderabad Electric Supply Company (HESCO) took serious notice of ransacking the office of Operation Sub-Division Ilyasabad Hyderabad and directed for the registration of a case against those involved in the attack, here on Friday.

According to a HESCO spokesman, some angry persons staged a strong protest over the power failure due which occured to technical fault in the transformers and later attacked on the office of Ilyasabad Sub-Division at around 10 am.

Where they broke furniture, doors and windows and set the office record ablaze and electricity bills of Batch N0-2.

On the directives of HESCO management, the Sub-Divisional Officer of Operation Sub-Division HESCO Ilyasabad Waheed Zafar had submitted a letter to Police Station concerned for registration of FIR against persons involved in attacking the office.

He said that in case of any technical fault, the people must report the situation to HESCO staff instead of taking law in their hands, the spokesman advised.
