ISLAMABAD: Pakistan Railways has enhanced security of its tracks and stations across the country with the help of provincial governments specially in Sindh.
Pakistan Railways would ensure security of passengers, railway stations and railway tracks, including installation of CCTV cameras and enhanced patrolling with more trained security personnel round the clock, an official source in the Ministry of Railways told APP.
The Railways is facing numerous challenges regarding security of passengers and railway tracks so there is a need to come up with comprehensive security policy to ensure safe journey for passengers.
