PESHAWAR: The Peshawar-Islamabad Motorway (M-I) has been opened for traffic here Tuesday forenoon after its closure last night now visibility has improved, said Spokesman of Motorway police here.
"We have opened the Peshawar-Burhan section of the M-I for traffic at 10am today," the Spokesman told APP.
The Motorway from Peshaawar to Burhan section was closed at 10pm last night due to heavy fog, adding traffic was plying on the Motorway smoothly.
He said it would be premature to say that whether the said section would remain open or not as it would depend on weather conditions.
He said we are in close touch with Pakistani Met Office to monitor weather conditions.
