sindh-protest 400BADIN: A large number of villagers belonging to coastal areas of Badin here Saturday staged a protest demo against corruption in animal husbandry department.

They complained that cattle diseases are spreading in coastal villages but the veterinary doctors and staff do not attend their duties.

They said these corrupt officials draw regular salaries without examining, vaccinating and treating cattle heads.

They said the medicines of government animal hospitals are sold in open market by these corrupt officials.

They demanded of the government to take notice of the situation and ensure presence of staff and medicines in government veterinary hospitals, so that precious livestock could be saved from animals.
