KARACHI: Muttahida Qaumi Movement (MQM) chief Altaf Hussain has strongly condemned the blast on Abdara Road in Peshawar on Monday.
Expressing his grief and sorrow on the deaths of innocent persons in the attack, said a statement issued by the MQM here.
Altaf Hussain extended sympathies to the grieving families of the people who lost their lives in the blast and prayed for the good health and speedy recovery of the injured, including women and children.
He called upon the government to take serious notice of the Peshawar blast.
He called for effective steps for protection of the life and property of the people.
Altaf said that practical steps should be taken to foil the conspiracy bring hatched for creating instability.
