KARACHI: The land utilization department of Sindh Board of Revenue has allotted 150 acres of land on 99-year lease to EOBI Employees Co-operative Housing Society Ltd. Karachi.
The publicity secretary of ECHSL Israr Ayoubi has requested all the members of housing society (in service, retired & widows) & those officers & staff (in service, retired & widows etc.). Who have not yet taken membership in the housing society, to pay immediately their monthly subscription dues & share money, towards occupancy value/cost of land & get membership within due date through pay order/bank draft for their eligible category of plots measuring 120,240,400 &600 sq. yards.
The said plots will be offered on ownership basis and on “first come first serve” basis, on prescribed terms & conditions. Due date of application submission form is 30th September 2012.
