LAHORE: The amir of his own faction of Jamiat Ulema-e-Islam (JUI-F), Maulana Fazlur Rehman has been admitted to a private hospital owing to pancreatic pain in Lahore.
According to latest media reports on Thursday, the JUI-F leaders operation was a success.
JUI-F representative Akram Durrani informed the media that Maulana Fazl was shifted to the hospital after he complained for immense pancreatic pain. It may be mentioned that the JUI-F leader is a diabetic patient.
The operation was successful and Maulana Fazlur Rehman is now recovering, Durrani added.
Fazlur Rehman was admitted to a hospital in Lahore in November also as it was reported that his health condition deteriorated all of a sudden.
