ISLAMABAD: The meeting of Senate Standing on Port and Shipping held at Parliament House, with Muhammad Ali Khan Saif in chair, here on Friday.
The senate body has discussed production of final report of review/amendments of the prevailing law/rules and promulgation of comprehensive legislation for transparent selection/appointment of the Chairman as well as members of KPT board.
The Secretary Port and Shipping submitted detailed report regarding the land belonging to KPT with color maps indicating the land compromising of Kachi Abadies.
The Senators including Naseema Ehsan, Muhammad Yousaf and Rubina Irfan attended the meeting.
