imageKARACHI: The Pakistan Muslim League-Nawaz (PML-N) government is committed to the cause of health and education in the country, said State Minister for Communications, Abdul Hakeem Baloch, here Saturday.

During his visit to the Government Girls Secondary School and Government Boys Secondary School, Sumarkundani, Gadap Town, he said the Federal Government has accorded top priority to development sector across the country without any distinction.

"There can be no denial to the fact that education is the most important tool prerequisite for development and progress in any country," said the State Minister.

Efforts made for national development by the Federal Government are reflective of Prime Minister's education-friendly approach, he added.

The State Minister on the occasion assured the teachers of the schools to use his good offices in upgradation of the two schools in one of the least developed areas of the country.

Accompanied by Director of Schools, Malir, Abdul Hakeem Baloch said no negligence towards children's right to education can be tolerated.

He also urged the students to pay all their attention towards education.
