KARACHI: As an initiative to strengthen the development of the China-Pakistan Economic Corridor on more concrete grounds, a high level delegation of Pakistani parliamentarian and officials have reached China on a three day visit.
Pakistan People's Party Senator Saleem Mandviwala, who is also the part of the visiting delegation, said that the participants will discuss Pakistani View in Construction of China-Pakistan Information Corridor to bridge the information gap.
He said they will discuss the Demand and Current Situation of China-Pakistan Economic Corridor, Vision and Action in China-Pakistan Economic Corridor.
Both sides will also discuss ways to enhance the Think Tank Cooperation of China-Pakistan Economic Corridor.
Saleem Mandviwala said that the Regional Cooperation and Development in Asia-Pacific region will also be an important agenda item of discussion.
Saleem Mandviwala added that the CPEC is a game changer for Pakistan's economy. Gawadar Port will be developed which will integrate economies of both the countries.
"We will also discuss Gawadar's development background and opportunities" said Mandviwala.
The delegates will not only be attending the forum but will be visiting certain places in Karamay as well.
