KARACHI: The Karachi Traffic Police on Tuesday declared that the Section 89-A of Motor Vehicle Ordinance 1965 requires the use of helmets for both, driver and passenger of motorcycle.
The implementation of law regarding use of helmet while riding or travelling on motorcycle will be enforced from June 1, and action against violation will be taken strictly in accordance with the law, said a statement.
The Traffic Police has advised the people to use helmet while riding or travelling on motorcycle.
