ISLAMABAD: All private schools of Islamabad Capital Territory would remain close on December 18 (Thursday) to express solidarity with the aggrieved families of victims of Army Public School (APS) Peshawar carnage.
Talking to APP, President Private Schools Network (PSN), Dr Muhammad Afzal Babar said, the decision to close down the schools for a day was taken after having meeting with all the private associations.
He said the schools were opened today and the students, teachers and staff offered prayers for those martyred in the incident. Quran Khawani was also arranged in the schools.
