ISLAMABAD: State Minister for Education, Trainings and Standards in Higher Education Muhammad Baligh Ur Rehman here on Friday said that all educational institutions in the federal capital would be opened soon.
Talking to media outside the Parliament House, he said "The Interior Ministry is making alternative arrangements to house police officials performing duties in the capital for the security of PTI and PAT protesters."
The Minister said the police officials were stationed in the federal educational institutions due to annual holidays.
To a question, he said, from day one Prime Minister Muhammad Nawaz Sharif has asked to show restrain towards the PTI and PAT sit-ins.
He said the government was determined to avoid using force against the PTI and PAT marchers.
The Minister said that shows of PTI and PAT had flopped, adding both the leaders are now appealing the people to come and participate in the sit-ins.
He deplored attack on the Parliament, Prime Minister House, Pak Secretariat and Pakistan Television buildings by the PAT and PTI activists.
