KARACHI: Muttahida Qaumi Movement (MQM) Rabita Committee has condemned unannounced load shedding in different parts of the metropolis during Iftar and Sehri timing.
It has termed it injustice against people of Karachi, said a statement issued by MQM here on Friday.
It said that K-Electric has been making claims that they will not implement load-shedding during Sehri and Iftar.
However, despite their claims different parts of Karachi are experiencing load-shedding. People who are with fast are experiencing difficulties and problems, it said.
Rabita Committee has called upon Governor Sindh Dr. Ishrat-ulEbad and Chief Minister Sindh Syed Qaim Ali Shah to take notice of unannounced load shedding and prevent K-Electric from subjecting the people of Karachi to load shedding.
