BANNU: Mother and her daughter died and six other family members sustained injuries when roof of their house collapsed due to heavy rain in Soordag area of Karak here on Wednesday.
According to police sources, some family member were sleeping in dilapidated house when all of sudden roof of the house caved in at them in which all family members were buried under debris.
The rescue team and local people recovered two dead bodies identified as mother and her daughter and injured from debris of the house.
The six injured were shifted to DHQ hospital in Karak for treatment.
