imageKARACHI: Muttahida Quami Movement (MQM) Chief Altaf Hussain on Wednesday said June 19, 1992 is the blackest day of the history of Pakistan and the same horrifying historical chapter is being replicated.

Addressing the 21st death anniversary of martyrs of June 19, 1992 on Wednesday, he said thousands of Muttahida workers were extra-judicially murdered this day in the worst state operation, adding the same history is being repeated on the same day.

Paying tributes to the martyrs of what he described as state operation on June 19, 1992, Altaf Hussain noted the history is being repeated as eight MQM activists are missing; moreover, three workers have been extra-judicially assassinated within three months.
