Karachi police arrest 61 accused in last 2 days

imageKARACHI: The Karachi police in their drive against criminals, arrested 61 accused during the past two days.

A police statement on Wednesday said that those arrested included six absconders.

It said that 29 weapons of different calibres were also recovered from those arrested.

The police in an encounter killed one alleged dacoit and arrested five.

Action was initiated against 26 persons for violating the ban on pillion riding.
