SC asks Ayyan to approach SHC for removal of name from ECL ISLAMABAD: The Supreme Court on Monday asked model Ayyan Ali to approach the Sindh High Court on her contempt of court case against the Interior Ministry's failure to remove her name from the Exit Control List. The Court also dismissed supermodel Ayyan Ali's contempt of court plea against the interior ministry for not removing her name from the exit control list (ECL). The three-member bench headed by Justice Ejaz Afzal Khan heard the case and remarked that the high court would announce its decision on the respective case as early as possible. Wrapping up the case, the apex court bench also directed the high court to resolve the matter immediately. The model had submitted the contempt of court petition in the Supreme Court against the Ministry of Interior after her name was included in the Exit Control List despite earlier court orders to remove the travel ban placed on her. ...

Heat stroke claims two more lives in Karachi KARACHI: Two men died of heat stroke in separate areas of the metropolis on Sunday.
