Sharjeel Memon supervises demolition of illegal marriage halls KARACHI: Sindh Minister for Information and Local Government Sharjeel Inam Memon has said that the encroachments on government land, amenity plots, playgrounds and parks will not be tolerated and action would be taken against the criminals involved in the land grabbing.He was talking to media after demolition of three marriage halls constructed on playground and amenity plots in Federal B Area Block- 9 Incholi and Mokka Chock Azizabad here on Saturday.The area people welcomed the action and thanked the minister for demolition and removal of encroachments from playgrounds and amenity plots.He said that the green and clean Sindh campaign started on February 2015 will continue till removal of all encroachments in the province and all illegal shopping centers and marriage halls would be demolished.The Minister said action was taken against the ghost and corrupt employees in civic bodies and as first step the salary of such employees had been stopped ...
