Envoys from different countries present credentials to President ISLAMABAD: Envoys designate of United Kingdom, Indonesia, Japan, Argentina, Ecuador and Lithuania presented their credentials to President Mamnoon Hussain on Friday at an impressive ceremony held at the Aiwan-e-Sadr.Earlier, each envoy-designate arrived at the main gate of the Aiwan-e-Sadr in a horse driven carriage. On the occasion, the National Anthem of Pakistan and their respective countries were played and the envoys designate were also presented Guard of Honour.Later, the High Commissioner and Ambassadors separately called on the President. IRSA releases 170,950 cusecs water from various rim stations ISLAMABAD: The Indus River System Authority (IRSA) Thursday released 170,950 cusecs water from various rim stations with inflow of 126,873 cusecs.According to the data released by IRSA, water level in the Indus River at Tarbela Dam was 1476.10 feet, which was 96.10 feet higher than its dead level 1380 feet.Water inflow in the dam was recorded as 37,900 cusecs while outflow was recorded as 85,000 cusecs.The water level in the Jhelum River at Mangla Dam ...
