Commissioner allots 8255 acres land for water project KARACHI: Commissioner Karachi Shoaib Ahmed Siddiqui has allotted 8255 acres of land for K-IV water project and a notification has been issued in this regard, said a statement here on Wednesday.Metropolis' water needs will be met from this project.Commissioner Karachi said that he has worked on this project on priority basis as per directives of the government and for the betterment of the people and made the allotment of land possible in a short time after the completion of legal formalities.He said the first stone of the project has been laid with the allotment of the land and expressed the hope that the concerned authorities would accelerate the work for the completion of the project.Copyright APP (Associated Press of Pakistan), 2015 ...
