KARACHI: The total liquid foreign exchange reserves of the country amount dollars 20.75906 billion, said State Bank of Pakistan (SBP).
According to SBP's weekly statement here on Thursday, the foreign reserves held by State Bank on Jan. 8, were $ 15,824 million and the net foreign reserves held by other banks figured $ 4,935.6 million.
During the week ending on January 08, SBP's liquid foreign exchange reserves decreased by $ 59 million to $15,824 million, compared to $15,883 million in the previous week. This decrease was due to payments of $ 60 million on account of external debt servicing.
