Foreign Reserves stood over US $ 11 billion

ISLAMABAD: The total liquid foreign reserves held by the country stood at US $ 11,623.8 million on May 24, 2013.

A statement of the State Bank of Pakistan SBP) here on Thursday giving the break-up of the foreign reserves position said that Foreign reserves held by the State Bank of Pakistan: US $ 6,564.7 million while the net foreign reserves held by banks (other than SBP) stood at US $ 5,059.1 million.
